Let`s get back to silver

I couldn`t find any info about exact years on production of silver version (numbered and with монетный двор on reverse) and bronze versions.

Most sources claim that silver version was produced in 1940-1941.

Could be...

But now we know, that it was awarded until 1946.

Why?

Because of this documented badge № 1997

The topic starter badge numbered 1629.

Most likely it was issued in 1945
