Stogieman
Friekorps era (??) Looks like a Stahlhelm Badge, but what type? Anybody see one of these before? Colin's Pilot, not mine!

Stogieman
Well, I can see the helmet device on the center of da Boid, same device on his right collar tab and sure looks like Stahlhelm, but I must admit that arcane Friekorps & Vet organization emblems & awards escapes me. Deruelle
For me this is not a Freikorps badge. I have look the Deutsche Freikorps from Lothar Hartung. No insignias like that. May be this book is not complete. I don't know. Probably not an official Stahlelm badge. Private or not ?RegardsChristophe
Guest Rick Research
It is indeed a Stahlhelm tinnie. I forget which annual meeting it was for.

Mike Dunn
It is from Berlin (letters on the upper wings) -on the helmet is the number 13 and R.F.S.T. It is found on Testies book Tinnies of the Reich page 38 (in my volume). Anyone Know what R.F.S.T stands for. Also no date mentioned.
