Unidentified Belt Buckle - maybe Turkish?

is someone able to identify this buckle?

This one showed up in France, another (shown at warrelics) was found in Russia.

Not Turkish but the belt buckle is an Army EM/NCO from the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan. I am sure that the belt buckle was worn by the Republic of Afghanistan troops as well up until 1992. When the government collapse partly because of the lost of support from the Soviet Union.

Last week, a metal detectorist found those two buttons on a field in Germany

Maybe bring backs from a German NATO troop who then tossed them?

The patina suggests that they have been in the ground for quite some decades.

May be they belong to the Asian Turkish Troops under the Nazi Germany

I don't think so, Demir.  The various foreign troops recruited into the Wehrmacht and subsumed into the SS late in the war had their own sleeve and shoulder patches but I'm pretty sure they wore standard Wehrmacht/SS buttons on standard tunics.
