Help to identify Blood order recipient

    Recommended Posts

He could have been one of the cadets from the Infantry School in Munich, in 1923.

The absence of any other ribbon or Abzeichen indicates that the portrait dates between 1935 and about 1939.

So by 1940 he could have made it to major or up.

I've been through my Army lists, but no luck.

To me it is not evident that the first letter is a G, it may also be a H, S or B.

The second letter can be an R but also a U

The third from behind may be a Z, but also a P...

See how many combinations you can make with these letters ;)
