Ferdinand Posted November 26, 2023 Posted November 26, 2023 Welcome to the forum Marcel! Great that you joined.
Marcel B. Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 (edited) Thanks Ferdinand! Maybe also time for me to show my Full cavalier set. The set is awarded to Senior Sergeant Vladimir Romanovich Madzhar, gun commander of an artillery piece, who was awarded his Glory 1st class on June 27 1945 for fighting at Kunzendorf where he fought off an enemy attack, killing 20 Germans and furthermore taking one officer as prisoner and killing 2 Germans with his personal weapon. The Glory 1st class I bought from Matt (sovietorders.com) some years ago and he knew where the remaining medals were so he helped me to reunite this grouping which came with originals documents from the archives. Sadly the Red Star is missing from this grouping. Edited November 27, 2023 by Marcel B. 3
Stogieman Posted December 12, 2023 Posted December 12, 2023 Nice group, glad you were able to reunite it, that’s a labor of love
