Thank you for this extraordinary information!! Are the statutes publicly available in printed/illustrated form and if so where? Who designed the awards? Do you know what firm manufactures the decorations and prints the documents. Sincere thanks for a very worthy effort!!

You are most welcome!

I wanted to start a topic on new Serbian decorations for quite some time now but I was too lazy to do so before.

I found statutes online on couple of places, here's link to one of them: http://demo.paragraf.rs/combined/Old/t/t2013_01/t01_0026.htm

All of the decorations are manufactured by Zavod za izradu novčanica i kovanog novca (The Institute for Manufacturing Banknotes and Coins) from Belgrade. This institute also produced decorations of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the previous communist Yugoslavia. It is perhaps better known simply as ZIN (or ZNB). My guess is they are also in charge of making the documents but I am not sure about that.

According to information I found online Mitar Petković (Митар Петковић) designed Order of the Republic of Serbia and Order of the Serbian Flag. Miroljib Stamenković (Мирољуб Стаменковић) designed the Order of the Star of Karađorđe and Nikola Vukosavljević (Никола Вукосављевић) designed the Order of Sretenje and the Order of Merits in Defense and Security. Could not find out who did the rest of them...

4) Medal for Wounding in Multinational Operations (Војна спомен-медаља за рањавање у мултинационалним операцијама)

Medal awarded for being wounded once, twice and three times. Looks like the only difference from the Combat Wound Medal is the color of the ribbon.

    • Sounds great other than the Orange & Mango squash only because I prefer cran-pomegranate juice.
    • "(...) disgusting herbal concoction (...)" I took note of this description, to enrich my otherwise limited, English "Wortschatz"...
    • At work the standard indian tea such as PG tips is referred to as chimp tea. This goes back to the days when we had a Spanish girl working for us whose command of the English language was extremely limited. One lunch she said she was going to the shop could she get anything. I asked if she could get a pack of tea bags. She returned with some disgusting herbal concoction. I tried to explain what was required but without success. I then remembered PG tips had a picture of a chimpanzee on the packe
    • When I read Lapsang Souchong i decided to post something about these Tea . Many years ago I dont  know about Lapsang until I read James Michener book Centennial and the description of the savour of the Lapasang as a mix of tar and salt & smoked made me proof . It was exact ! and i liked it since then .
    • I have been known to drink Lapsang Souchong and Tea, Earl Grey, Hot... both "without pollutants". I normally have one mug of coffee in the morning, then spend the rest of the day drinking Orange & Mango squash (by the pint). Then evening comes and it's a pint, followed by red wine with dinner and sometimes a drop of Laphroaig afterwards.
