Unidentified Zanzibar Order of the Brilliant Star of Zanzibar

Hello Gents,

a few years ago I got this commander cross of the Brilliant Star of Zanzibar.

It was told to me, that the recipient was a businessman and it should have been a german award ?!

Is it possible to date the cross ?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

But isn't it typical for chinese culture to copy things without permission?
