    Thanks a Lot,
he also got the Jubileemedal and was Member of the Verein der Tapferkeitsmedaillenträger past 1955
    Ortsgruppe München.
I don't know anything about Leiberring for Officers.
In my list, I have found Ring Nr. 1086 for him.

In Ingolstadt was a exhibition about the Alpencorps.
There are some decorations of Konrad Krafft von Delmensingen.
There was a ring, possibly it is the officers-ring.
    Sorry about the bad pictures

    I've read in a WW1 forum, that the Leiber-Officersring has a Lionshead.
Offiziere einen Löwenkopf, Mannschaften die bayerische Raute und die Königskrone

The Leib Regt Histolry says a Lions Head for the offirers ring and a ILR mongram on the inside.

We would need clear photos of rings worn by Epp to maybe see one?

    Or ferdinand schörner

Damn. That is cool. Very cool. The ring document undoubtedly...

Yup, the group itself is super cool, especially as he was an MG guy from 1914 to 1918 and missed none of the major actions... the ring may be a rather "niche" item... but is waaaay sexy!!

OK... how is this for a 1 in a million shot. Think of how many tens of million WW1 German photos there are.... then think that at some stage you have a small pile of Leibregiment pics in a box, 10-15 pics in the office of a historical society... 2 are named.... and one just happens to be the officer above.... I almost fell off my chair!
