Odulf Posted February 13, 2017 Share Posted February 13, 2017 (edited) To my understanding, the Westwall medal, like the three medals for the "Flower Wars" (annexation of Austria, Sudetenland/Czech, Memel) were considered as Political/Party Medals (like the Mother's Cross, etc.), and therefore these were not allowed to be worn in public after the war.
