A Imperial Russian badge

Hi all,

Could you please help me to ID a badge on the below picture please. It is definitely Imperial Russian era and I think it is a military related (bandsman?) badge but I wasn't able to find any similar ones using Google Search. Also does it missing its enamel?

What is the size in centimeters? Maybe it is a badge of military music from the tsarist era?

Looks more like a lapel badge to me but I would agree with musician but not sure whether civil or military.

For comparison, I added an excellent shooter badge next to it. Looks big enough to be a regular badge instead of lapel? Obviously it could be a civilian as well but I never came across anything like this in the antiques, forums or internet. the badge in question came out from Estonia, so perhaps related to the local musical events/movements?
