Unknown collar tabs -- what branch do they represent?

I have not been able to find an exact match for these collar tabs. What are they? Thanks in advance.

My guess would be Stahlhelmbund or early Forestry insignia.

Hello , Bavarian Landespolizei constable with alternative kragenpatten , from 1920 until 1934 . mossgreen tunic with black buttons ,black collar and cuffs all piped in medium green . thats what i think
