Instituted on the 14 of August 1944 (L.V.Bl., Ziff 2099), they had the black wreath, arrow up for short range flights (Nahnachtj?ger) and arrow down for strategic night fighters (fernnachj?ger) - no official case

Hi,

My only Nightfighter clasp - an RK. Purchased as a bronze but it appears to have the remains of a gold wash over it (not the bronze changing colour).
