I've seen this picture in a book, showing waldeck prince Frederick's bar.

 

 

I can't find the name of the last medal of the bar. Can someone help me ?

Here are the three different types. 
Blue: awarded to staff - 268 pieces

Light Blue: awarded to guests - 232 pieces

Red: awarded to members of the Norwegian court - 49 pieces

Prinz Friedrich....there seems to be an extra medal on the bar he is wearing in the photo (second medal from the end).
