A nice image of Distinguished Service Order winner HSU Guards Maj Gen P. V. Mironov.He commanded the 37th Guards Rifle Corps.

An absolutely stunning image of Maj Gen I. F. Grigorevskiy seen wearing a field modification of the Commander of the British Empire decoration as a breast badge.

He would later be promoted to Lt Gen and awarded the HSU for his command of the 61st Rifle Corps, 69th Army.

  Normally, the MM was a designated award for British enlisted personnel.
