Here is an Order of Friendship of Peoples award I received today. A decently low Serial Number. It has all the textbook characteristics you would like to find in one of these awards. Unfortunately no award booklet with this one

to my serial number database it seems to be awarded around summer 1981.

Yes, the price for these is going up fast, but so is everything else, at least in terms of the USD. It's bringing some things out of the closet, that's for sure, but if you want 'em, you've gotta pay the price.

Yes .. my "excellent" source suggested if you don't have a FOP or OROR to grab them soon. They WILL be rising in price word has it .....

I suppose you could apply this to almost everything now as well.
