I believe Eric Ludvigsen wrote an English language article on this Order published in The Medal Collector in the 1970s-1980s. I do not have access to my records of this at present but perhaps someone with a Medal Collector index can help. Edited May 15, 2008 by 922F

your KK-Star looks very good to me. This is an early Typ and is very close to one of my Stars.

Looks to me that Griffin is not seperatly attached? Is that right?

no you are not right. The griffin seperatly attached, but the medaillon is completly different to the later typ.

Yes, 922F, you are correct. Not only that, but he also had a monograph on this order printed. I have been trying to find my copy, but no luck yet.
