Hi, just interesting because the princes were soon kicked out of the wehrmacht. Stogieman gave me a heads up many moons ago, ther was this. A wound badge doc and a WWI ek2 doc, all looked to have been pulled from the bottom of a garbage can, were on US ebay!

Western front victories were much harder than eastern front. I knew a JG52 pilot with over 50. Once 3 in one fligjt, he did everything not to get sent west!

I find it amazing that he is still "missing"... Surely a plane crash does not go unoticed? I guess from US records it may be possible to see which US fighter pilots had victories that day? Nice book! Best Chris

One of my favourite units is the 2nd Bavarian Jäger from Aschaffenburg.... so I was very happy to get this... the 10th Jäger from Aschaffenburg, it only existed fo a few short years
