    1. Several Red Army elite units existed during the Russian Civil War in 1918-20. Most famous of them were Estonian and Latvian Red Riflemen units. Lenin used thouse units as his body guards. Here you can see a badge of the Latvian Red Riflemen issued to commemorate a 50th anniversary of the unit. The badge is big and heavy. It has a multipiece construction and a screwback attaching system. It`s a quite rare badge.

    7. An Honour Gramota to the lady, Maria Alexandrovna Strod, technical employee of the Commerce school of the Commerce and Industry Management of Leningrad city, for the conscientious attitude to labour and to the socialist property.
    8. First line is Moskovsko. Second line centre is otdel (department). Probably some universal medal for the Veterans of Labour which is attributed by the establishment in Moscow. pluribus

Also I am not able to determine which is a correct ribbon for this medal and when was this awarded. What does mean the maker mark ? on the medal? The dates 1909-1379 on the medal ?
