    1. Acquired more recently, this 2nd class cross, also marked W on the lower branch. No ribbon unfortunately, I will have to put a modern one... 😃
    2. Hi gentlemens ! After this wonderful post on the orders and decorations of Lippe... I propose to continue the momentum with this so simple but so pretty Prussian decoration. There is a lot of variation possible, with many ribbons... Some are very rare ! Show us all this ! I would start with this pretty 3rd class cross, which I have had for a long time, with its case. Hallmarked W on the lower branch. Not the end for me... but later ! 😁
    3. @Solomon, what a collection ! @Komtur, what a group ! 😍

    11. reactivating this topic with this Lippe Honor cross 2nd class, with swords... enjoy ! (Nimmergut says 24 awarded during 1914-1918). And I don't remeber if I showed you before this merit cross of Lippe's Bertha order... Only 15 awards ?
    12. Hi ! For the Ritterkreuz, Nimmergut says 423 awards beetween 1884 and 1918 (include 137 for Strelitz, beetween 1904-1918).
    13. Furthermore, Kuenker offered for sale a lot of Carola Medals... 1st type (1892-1915) : Bronze Silver : On bow ribon : 2nd type (1915-1918) : bronze with clasp 1914-16 for men : bronze with clasp 1914-16 for women : And silver grade, on bow ribon, with clasp 1914-16 for women : Clasp created May 22th 1916. Looking very similar to the british clasps on crimea medals...
    14. Mmmmm... It seems being mounted on black / white ribbon... No ?
    15. Hi ! I have already see some case for this medal on several auction or to sell, but never possess one... this one is stamped C.E.
