    10. WOW Chuck, I just returned from my vacation in Germany.. What a Great piece.. Gold Pilots badges just dont turn up.. First Ive seen anyway. Didnt find any Imp russian pieces but I'll post my finds when I get caught up with sleep this weekend.. George

    12. Hi, The shield piece on the reverse looks to be czarist. Although modified shield and I cant make out the letters placed in the shield or the wording on the bottom.. George
    13. Hi, Never seen anything like it.. Maybe some kind of private piece, not military service. the long service award is simply a folded st george or st vladimir ribbon superimposed with a buckle with the appropiate amt. of years in roman num. in a wreath. George

    17. Hi Chuck, The start price is $99.00 shipping is $7.00 These have come up quite regularly lately on ebay. Ive tried to get one every so often, but always out bid. they go from between 250.00 and 500.00. I looked for an example of the copies but must have been over a month ago. They come Boxed with a flyer about the coronation. Yours look fine to me, but the ebay one not too sure. I have never seen any with marks on the bottom.. George
    18. Hi Chucks bloodcup look OK to me the one on ebay, I am not too sure of . I have never seen the marking on the bottom like that. There are repros out on ebay but those dont have the rolled rim. George

    22. Theres no one easy answer to these questions.. Imperial russian order persentation was very complicated The Idea was to become a Knight in each order. Years of service to receive an order had a lot to this. St andrew being the highest you would need 42+ years of service to become eligible. So that being said the awardee would more that likely already have to lower awards. And St George was in its own catagory.. George
