    1. Sorry, it`s barely readable for me. Judging by the label inside the case this badge was made by Suzuki workshop.
    2. Society/association is unidentifiable without reverse.

      Japanese medal

I guess ... if one is easily confused person
    5. By the way, recently I found another version (previously uknown) of the badge in this book from 1913. Pendant version for women.
    6. No, it is exactly as the one that you have. Taken from original period advertising. This is an interesting example of wearing (jeton was conversed to the badge).

School badge from Hiroshima junior high school. Taisho epoch. Naturally the case is from another badge.
    8. This is a plaquette in commemoration of 30th anniversary of the R-J war. Made by the Mint. Another variant of case for this plaquette that I have in my collection. 奉天占領公報 - Mukden Occupation Bulletin Naturally this is battle of Tsushima.

Nice original medal with original case. Marked with 大 at reverse of the bar.
    10. Thank you for these extra photos 3rd class rising sun with M looks like it came from early 30s (cases with this style of kanji were in use until 30s). Yes, 6th class is a pretty early one. Exellent collection Best, Nick
    11. Thanks for the additional photos Real little treasure these documents. Only the reverse of rising sun is missing (I am asking for these extra photos only because these early groups are pretty rare and quite important for dating of orders). Regards, Nick
    12. Tom, this badge was issued in 1933 to the participant of Kansai Air Defense Maneuvers. Shinagawa ward https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/品川區 Minamishinagawa defense unit Obverse reads Minamishinagawa https://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/南品川
    13. Nice group but the photos laisse beaucoup à désirer . Could you make hq close-ups of rising sun (obverse/reverse) and documents at a right angle? Any marks? Who is the manufacturer of LoH? Arthus Bertrand? As a compensation for the efforts here comes my recent acquisition. LoH for japanese artillery captain (later major general) from 1886
    14. This badge wa issued somewhere between 1931 and 1933. This is the known time period for this mark as per today. Who marked orders with 幣 is not known with certainty (as per today) It could be the second mark of the mint since 造幣局 - mint But as I said earlier this is a hypothesis. Zōheikyoku/ ぞうへいきょく/ 造幣局 translated as Mint bureau or simply Mint. 幣 reads as nusa and could be translated (from chinese) as money/coins/currency Mark M was in use during longer time period.
    15. It could be worn even with uniform. I don`t see any obstacles for this scenario. Thanks for the photos Tom! Best, Nick
    16. Most likely simply a miniature version of the badge. As per today no official regulation is known for these eccentric tiny badges. Regards, Nick
    17. Height of this badge is somewhere around 15 мм.
    18. Yes, I have one in my collection. Could you make separate photos of case and badge obverse/reverse?
    19. $1000 + Can`t give you the exact estimate.
    20. The medal looks original. The ribbon is a later replacement. Don`t.
    21. This is vice-admiral Fukuda Ryouzou. He got 1st class of sacred treasure order on July 14, 1943. Naturally he shoudn`t wear two breast stars. Only one. This one. So he is violating the rules of wearing.
    22. Issued 06.04.1939 to 入江弥太郎 - Inoe (another variant Irii/Irie) Yataro
    23. Not the end of production but the highest known (to me) time coordinate (as per today) Yes, award 賞 from Republic of China Aviation Association /民國飛行會 Best, Nick
