    1. Dave, I'm afraid I haven't heard of him. Jim
    2. Uh oh..... My first test. Let's hope I don't dump this!!! Off to the civil section!!!!! CHARGE>>>>>> Hmmm.... Apparently I can't do this???
    3. Howdy All, I'm trying to complete a set of the W&L EK's. Did W&L make a screwback?? If so, does anyone have a photo of one for reference?? Thanks in advance, Jim
    4. Easy to see you guys aren't biased!! I'm just glad those Abrams and Challengers are working together. Abrams? Challenger? Abrams? Challenger? Hmmmmm........... Lets just have a pint. :food-smiley-004:
    5. Again, Laurence is right on. A guy in my city has (or had) one of these that is fully restored. They were capable of carrying quite a load and were used inland after the invasion as a standard (if not somewhat odd looking) truck.
    6. Laurence is right on. Actually a very common vehicle earlier in the war. Look at photos from Poland and the low countries. You'll see a lot of them.
    7. For the ever evolving collection. You know how it is. EK's are always first!!
    8. She already hates me, might as well give her a reason we can both enjoy.
    9. They are called the Hamburg cross I believe. Issued to troops from Hamburg??? Anyone know for sure????
    10. Darrell, I had the twin of your cross, with an unusual swan like marking on the 9 o'clock arm. Another in my long list of "should have kepts". Stogie, I agree, these are much better.
    11. Neat Dave. I've never seen one in a box, and a nice box to boot. I agree, I've always liked the look of this badge. I believe Peter Whamond had the badge and mini for sale not too long ago.
    12. I don't know much about Imperial items. Was this cross awarded for bravery, service, or what? It's an attractive medal.
    13. Very nice. I would like to find a nice cased '14 EKI. This one is a beauty.
    14. I've always liked the look of the Red Cross pins. Can you guys post a few more, and give us (me) a little education?? I've noticed in other threads that there were several different types and some in different colors as well. Am I remembering correctly? Are there any good references out there for Red Cross items?? Thanks.
    15. OK, a stupid question. These were given for donations?? Very nice looking pin.
    16. Nice set Darrell. I have this thing for sets. I've always liked the looks of the sports badges. Are they still pretty affordable.
    17. WOW. That was quite a show. Very nice. The Juncker is a beauty. I'd love to see what that Orth badge looked like with all it's finish intact. Thanks Gordon, very impressive.
    18. Darrell, Not an expert, but from the few I've seen, I think it looks good. But most definitely wait for someone who is into these. I like the design of these.
    19. John, On the RO/AG badge, I definitely like the first pattern bird best. Very nicely done. I love this thread. I've always been very interested in Luft awards, just couldn't really afford them. If I were to swing a pilots badge, what would you recommend as a first piece??
    20. Just beautiful guys. Very impressive stuff you have there. And very easy on the eyes.
    21. Hmmm...... I'm still trying to figure out what I've done to you. Greg threatened to put the Mounties on me and beat me up. Oh, and the will thing. Doesn't that mean I've got to die or something???
