The central medallion shows the head of Nazarbaev and the blue circle around with inscription "Қазақстан Республикасының Тұңғыш Президенті".On the reverse is mark of the Kazakhstan Mint (http://www.kmd.kz/eng/products2.htm) and number.Awarded for merits to the Republic.
