the ring is a good indicator. The medal on the left is a fake.

Compare the faked ring with an original one.

Many thanks for sharing another example. I noticed that yours seems to have more detail than mine and I believe many copies are like mine, having less detail so they're easier to see for what they are.

Please post a close up of the obverse itself and not the ring. The definition of the obverse of your copy looks like it leaves much to be desired but seeing it up close and personal would help decide on that

Your medal is definitely a fake without a hint of a doubt. Most telling (apart from the ring) are the engraving (faces, etc), the shape of the letters, and most importantly the background pebbling which is way to big.
