With college, budding family and sometimes two jobs and church activities it all ate up a lot of time. This was one of those efforts that I worked on whenever I could. I had a wooden cover that I put on the building board that eventually became the diorama base. When not being worked on it was nestled under my work beench / dispaly area. I would buy boxed items about once a month and would spend time painting between study sessions and the wife would work on her hobbies.
