    Lornezo,

Can you please trim down the size of the photos a bit? It makes browsing a little easier.

Your swords are totally amazing. How did you get all of this back?

    Hello Paul:

When I was in that area of the world a few years ago, it was possible to ship any weapons-related item there, but any firearms or parts were prohibited for export.

Edged weapons were not a problem for export though strangely enough. Hence, I have a lot of AKM bayonets, but all small arms and parts had to be left there. I also couldn't ship home a Soviet/Russian RPG-7 sight which someone gave me. :(

At the time, I recall reading in Stars and Stripes about an Air Force Officer who was charged with smuggling AK/AKM/RPK/PKM parts out of Iraq. The firearms export ban was stictly enforced.

    Best regards,

    "SPM"

I know what you mean, I wanted to take home an Iraqi Made RPG tube, I knew I couldn't take it home to the states. I kept it in my room until it was time to go home, along with some PKC belt ammo. I should have tried to take the handle home that had made in Iraqi engraved on it.

I do have a few AK47 Fire Suppressors from Iraq...
