Thanks for your offer. the only thing you can do for me is to give me advice for cooking the deer regards Frank and back for another Dear Frank,well, I am a more or less an experienced hunts man since 1974 .If you still have the deer (it's property of the owner of the hunting-rights of the estate!), then drive the animal as soon as possible (keep it at a very cool place!) to a butcher, that he parts the deer and puts the meat at least for one week into a so called "Beitze". Then get the meat deep-frozen in your large fridge. So you can use the meat the coming months for your kitchen.
