Here is another new arrival. Note the button clasps on the reverse for attaching to the tunic. Does all look good with this one?

A very, very interresting ribbon bar, not only about the attachemnt method but about the Saxe Weimar ribbon.

Not unique but rare.

maybe Lt. Otto Flöl (FA A 277)

Hi Alex,

Where do you find the name ? I can't find any Flöl who received SF3bX in the Rick Daniel's book. Flöl received the SW in 1917.

Thank you for posting Christophe. The ribbon bar worn by the Luftwaffe Oberst in this photograph is definitely a dam good match to the ribbon bar I have in the collection. Very good news chaps that an ID is a possibility.

I made some research and I have found one officer who has got same awards :

Oberleutnant Hans Frhr von und zu Fraunberg from FFA 6. He received both SF3bX and SW.

Here is one photo of him in 1915, from the O'Connor book t. 5

I'm sure Flöl got the SF3bX. The list is not complete.

Hans Frhr von und zu Fraunberg died on 26.09.1941.

So it's not Fraunberg, like I see the reverse of the card with date 1944.
