Auseklis
Dear colleagues, I was shown this Imtiyaz medal and belive it is a cast-copy. But I would prefer a second opinon by more expert collectors in that field.
922F
Certainly appears to be a casting lacking a suspension 'leaf-pin' -- cannot read inscribed name. Edge and obverse aspects could provide better analysis opportunities.
Auseklis
Some more pictures. Sorry for the quality, but that is what I got. Please specify what you want to see and I can ask for more pictures.
demir
Hi, It is not original medal. This is a German made copy. Originals have a blank space at the reverse just above the date, (here the biggest picture) where the name of the recepient is engraved. If you check this forum you can find pictures of original medals Regards Demir
Auseklis
Thanks for the answer Demir! I was thinking so. Is known what the name is anyhow? I'm wondering if it is someone famous.

Auseklis
Wow, great! By the way, Wilhelm I. was Wilhelm II.'s grand father, not father. Your are right! Excuse me, I'm better with our Hanoveran Kings, than with the Prussians.
