Anyone Seen One Of These?

Here's one I've never seen before, the Red Cross version of the Prussian vet's cross.

I have seen an exmple in a large group of veterans awards I handled about 10-15 years ago but they are certainly very elusive.

It is a beautiful medal. Is this one of those medals that were tracked with award rosters?

I don't know much about it, and this is the first example I've seen. It corresponds to the usual Prussian vet's cross, but the arms of the cross aren't enamel, and it is specifically for care of wounded and for war aid.

this is the 'kriegserinnerungskreuz 3. klasse fur kriegshilfe und verwundeten fursorge im weltkrieg 1914-1918'

there were 8 variations of this class---with or without swords, silvered or gilded, and with a red or white ' genfer kreuz' in the center
