Group or no group, but the price is definitely a mad one ($1500?! :speechless1: )

Somebody needs to explain that price to me. Something rare there in the papers and documents perhaps?

    Hello everyone,

About this matter, police and fire fighter brigade..

Badge bought for me by a friend this W.End on a second hand market with unidentified hand-written text and date on the inside lid of box.

This badge seems to be from Showa era (police or fire fighter department ???)

Any answer (in particular in translation of text and name)  would be greatly appreciated
