Is the breast Star A St. Stanislaus Breast Star? What it reminded me of inititally, I'll try to take a closer look and see :)

Very cool combo How did he obtain such a Breast Star, seems a rather large order for a diplomatic service, but it is very interesting ? :D

Yes, it is the Order of St. Alexander Nevsky.

The last three medals on the medal bar, after the French Legion d'Honneur, are the Ottoman gold and silver Imtiaz Medals and the gold Liakat Medal. Below these, behind the Hohenzollern breast star, is the Ottoman Order of Nishan-e Iftihar with Brilliants.

The sash is for the Order of the Black Eagle.

Are you sure the oval medallion is of the Order of Nishan-e Iftihar. I cannot find any image of award like that anywhere. Could someone post a picture please?
