bryansk1959
Thank you for opinion dear Lambert.Another question: why ribbons wound differently?Regards.Alexander
redeagleorder
Sorry, but I don't like that bar. The catch for the pin on the back does not look original, the ribbons are strangely folded and I find it difficult to believe that such a man had no long service award. lambert
Hello. Now looking closely at the tape this reversed. right is "Red / Green"; But I still believe it is an honest group. . Obviously this Bar was not assembled by a specialized company; I believe that may have been assembled by veteran himself? BUT do not think it is "false". Rogi
It is a very interesting Bar indeed Could it be something a Tailor could have done for the vet?
VtwinVince
I have a funny feeling about this one, mostly from the back. Could you post an extreme enlargement of the Karas bar?

NavalMark
The clasp KARAS-BERGE is a modern fake ! Please have a look on the other offers of this seller, he also offers a clasp with fake colonial clasps. Also i think, the Suedwestafrika-Denkmünze and the Kolonialdenkmuenze(in an other auction) are modern copies. All offered medalbars are new combinations, sewn together in the same style. Please save your Money and Keep away ! Regards Markus

Kurt Donch
My apologies in advance for what must seem a daft question, but I don't collect medals and know absolutely nothing about them. Would someone tell me what the cross on the green and violet ribbon just behind the Iron Cross is? I have a belt buckle with the same monogram that I have been trying to identify for years. Thank you very much for your help. Kind regards Kurt
redeagleorder
Its the Friedrich Kreuz, awarded by the Duchy of Anhalt. The monogram on your belt buckle is probably from the same state.
