Japan Thank you and my small collection

I have been a long time lurker here, and have only just joined, but I just want to say thank you for all the information people have shared here, especially in the Japan section.

I am mainly a uniform and equipment collector, but after coming into possession of a number of KIA groupings and medals, I have found a new interest in Japanese awards.

So here is my small collection. Nothing rare or hard to find, but its always growing and I like them.

This may sound like a dumb question, but looking at all the medal bars and sets over the past week, is it correct to assume that when it comes to orders only the highest you have been awarded gets mounted. So if a soldier was awarded a RS 8th class and then a RS 7th class, would he only attach the 7th class to his medal bar or would both be allowed on?
