I have been looking for one of these for ages to complete a uniform.... hard to see on the pic, but the pins have almost worn through the ribbon over the years.

I hope this is OK for a buttonhole?

Its still not 100% clear to me, would he have worn just this or another EK2 ribbon as well (i.e. 2 ribbons)

I've seen pics where both were worn thru the buttonhole at the same time.

Any combination is correct but most often you'll see this one worn alone or with other state ribbons.

This would be a good topic for posting photos and tunics in personal collections. I think I have 2 or 3 tunics with HHO ribbon.
