Every help appreciated. This photo is signed with Graf von R. on the back. I think he is a major from the Ulanen and he is at least wearing BMVO 2 and breaststar from RAO Regards Andreas

It is a Prussian RAO4 before the Saint Maurice and Lazarus. Regards Glenn

I assume he is a royal as he wears the Red Eagle Grand Cross and the Bavarian Military Merit Order 1st class. It's not a second class as its too large. I assume he wears an EK2 1914 I would love to own a copy of this photo. It's superb
