Nicolas7507 Posted January 26, 2018 Posted January 26, 2018 Hello, I would be very glad if someone could look up the entry of Leutnant Harry von Kirchbach auf Lauterbach in the book: "Der königlich Sächsische Militär-St. Heinrichs-Orden 1736-1918: Ein Ehrenblatt der Sächsischen Armee." Thank you very much, Nicolas
arb Posted January 26, 2018 Posted January 26, 2018 Nicolas, Here is the entry- Andy v. Kirchbach, Harry Lt. im K.S. Inf. Regt. 192; geb. Seite 368
Nicolas7507 Posted January 27, 2018 Author Posted January 27, 2018 (edited) Perfect! Thank you so much Andy! I think I have his ribbon bar. The combination matches perfectly, although I am not sure how common this combination was. Best regards, Nicolas Edited January 27, 2018 by Nicolas7507

Deruelle Posted January 28, 2018 Posted January 28, 2018 7 officiers died during WW1 or just after. That's all I have for the moment
Deutschritter Posted December 25, 2023 Posted December 25, 2023 Generalleutnant Hans Albert Ferdinand Harry von Kirchbach went, like so many (e. g. Oberst Albrecht von Warburg), missing in January 1945 and was declared dead on 19 June 1957 (Amtsgericht Hannover, Abt. 88) with effect from 18 January 1945. 1
