Megan Posted January 11, 2023 Share Posted January 11, 2023 ATO = Anti Terrorist Operations, the term given to post-2014 operations in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions where Russian tried to set up puppet 'republics' (complete, of course, with their own award systems). A gift that truly means the world to me. You have got a beautiful country, and an incredible people, and I look forward to continuing my full support for Ukraine.
