Hi to all

           here is a shot of my 1870 EK`s for your enjoyment. I know the type `B` has the wrong band on it but that's how i acquired the cross almost 40 yrs ago

Could you post images of the reverses, in particular the EK1?

Good selection of nice crisp cores there by the looks of it. Like VtwinVince I would be interested to see the reverse of that EK1. I note that you have so far managed to resist (or avoid) a 1914 bar addition ?

All of us are eager to see closer shots of the EKs and the reverse of 1st Class

Also The bar is given only few times and to get an original will be nearly impossible task There are so many fakes of them on the market especially eBay Germany

Hi Peter i have long wanted a 1914 bar, have seen two lately (but both with repaired pins) but have resisted due to cost  😞 as other projects have to be finished....

Agreed, an original bar nigh on impossible to source/afford. But don't we all have duplikats or the best fakes we can find in our collections ? I know I have.

Yes i agree we all have at least 1-2 "space fillers" in our collections
