This one got my interest since it bears a resemblance with a medal bar I'd seen before, see the other photo. The photo with the medal bar is from the website of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ordenskunde e.V. (link). Apparently the photo was taken at an exhibition titled „Die Südwestafrika-Denkmünze 1907 und deren Gefechtsspangen“. The setup of the ribbon bar and medal bar look similar, the Marinekorps cross and the Austrian MVK could be from after the ribbon bar was made. Could this be the same guy?
