New St. Henry Ribbon Bar!

Not sure this was noticed but (again), many thanks to @Daniel Krause, I was able to pick up this small St. Henry Ribbon Bar in Germany. Not very sexy, but it fits my niche and I like it! No way to ID, unsure if a promoted NCO or an officer.
