This Glory came with an Ordersbook to Pavel Filippovich Velichko. Any help with the translation is much appreciated. I'll try to explain.Velichko was delivering mortar ammunition (mortar shells) from ordnance depot (artillery shells storage place) to the front lines. In citation was Russian word "БОЕПИТАНИЯ", which probably was confusing because in Russian "ПИТАНИЕ" means "FOOD".
