    1. Very nice indeed. Did you ask if you could get a photo of the guy? Thanks Chri
    2. Well, technically there IS a chance.... in how many thousand? Am really, really keen to see the doc...
    3. That is a wonderful display... both the cupboard and the goodies... When you say "Build" do you mean you are a Do It Yourself king... or an Ikea Screwer togetherer ? Best Chris
    4. Hi, I wonder if the MVOMVKIIm/schw is the right one. The hook is pretty high on the bar, the MVK should be lower to aline with the others... it makes me think one with a crown was on there....
    5. Hi, if I skipped the helmet and thought in the direction of a Visor.... can anyone tell me exactly what I would need? Thanks Chris
    6. Would you trust the guy on the right reaching for cigars as your kids gym teacher?? Having said that... the bunch of them seem to have great potential when it comes to adding highschool year book comments.... imagine bearded guy (2nd from left) as your proctologist.....
    7. I know a guy with a few of these (Bot the wooden and metal. Will see about getting a few photos done some time. Best Chris
    8. Just what is Landknechte's ribbon and mystery medal ?!?!?! I am confused here :-( Best Chris
    9. Hi, the whole bar is to pass on, I took it as a favor knowing nothing about them. I was just curious to know what was what. Any idea about the 2nd ribbon? How often do you see such a nice silver cross? Most seem to be badly silvered. best Chris
    10. Hi, You be confusing me mon.... what should be in the 4th place? Was the police cross for active police or volunteers? The 2nd ribbon is for military officals? Thanks Chris
    11. Left: The best quality I have seen (although I dont know much about these) It seems to be real silver. Right: Pretty rare, Price guide has them at EUR190 and in general they seem to be on the low side when it comes to pricing.
    12. A bit out of my field here... what is the missing medal? Thanks Chris
    13. If he was attached to the Brits it would be waaaay easier to research.
    14. That is a very nice find indeed. I think most of North Africa is well coverd in the books. Do you have any WW1 stars? Thanks Chris
    15. Hi, a nice looking dagger, very modern looking, almost like the applegate fairburn smachett. Were these awarded only to the German graduates? I did not even know the Germans had a colonial police course... you learn something every day....
    16. Just a thought... maybe the original text would be interesting... it seems to imply (in the translated) that these were used only on He111 on the Eastern Front... very often the original texts are not 100% like we see them translated. I am guessing it may say they were used on he111 on the eastern front but in no way excluding other theaters. best chros
    17. I dont, there are just way too many copies it requires too much studying to tell the good from the bad. I founs a few things on the weekend from a group that had just been split up so I was 99% sure all was good. I needed some stuff for resale/trade to make up for spending done last week :-)
    18. Indeed, but I bet somewhere down the line someone will do some polishing and it will be a "superb condition" piece again ;-) In the right/wrong hands the tarnish disappears ...
