      Another interesting one. The frustrating thing will be that if you do not have the award documents... there's no way of knowing who this was, what medals they received. The long service ribbons are identical for Ministry of Interior, Army (which includes air force), construction troops, whatever. The only thing that changes is the pendant itself.

      Given the source, I did not bother to ask. They have a long history of offering questionable pieces. However Soviet pieces are a newer arena for them.... usually it's just fake WW2 German... now they're into fake Soviet as well. You know what they say... Diversify or die.

      Here's a close-up of the engraved number. There's a spot where an old price sticker was on top of the number. Has anyone heard of a numbered one of these before?
