    1. And a rather sweet little group. Maybe not cheap to restore, but well worth the effort! Interesting that we see no Saxon influence, but we do see the mini EK2 device...
    2. There seems to be some rather substantial differences in details of the wreaths on these different examples.....
    3. Hi Eric, is it my eyes, or did they slightly upgrade the detail on the 2nd. pattern eagle? Or, is it just the application of color that is making the details stand out?
    4. Concur with John. Rivets, catch, pin and maker mark seem consistent with known Assman originals I've handled over the years.
    5. I always felt the Juncker products to be above & beyond the competitors, even in WW2. These just look 7 "feel" so much nicer to me as opposed to a BSW or Deumer badge
    6. Not just a rather rare badge... but interesting as well because of the consistency in maker mark from Juncker.
    7. Hi David. It's really nice to see you adding so many special pieces to your collection. Now, you'll have to search out one in real gold.... If it feels "heavy", most likely silver-gilt with gold centers.... beautiful example with a ribbon that very much looks like it was folded for a tunic buttonhole. Here's a view of a gold one.
    8. Note the difference in this pin from the one posted here: http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?s=&showtop...st&p=145367 I wonder how many variations are floating around??
    9. Distinci?n Pedro Marrero. For 25 years of service in the nutrition industry. Ribbon example below:
    10. Keep forgetting to post these images. One of the Cuban "Distinci?n" medals, Distinci?n "Armando Mestre" Awarded for 25 years long service in the Construction Industry.
    11. Someone snagged a very important 800-silver Juncker Pilot Badge from Detlev Niemann this AM! What a spectacular piece. What I really found interesting was the catch being the same set-up seen on the silver Army Para Badges. Nice badge...
    12. Does anybody know the significance of the small, gilt "v"s stacked up on the third medal?
