I was hoping to get more information about this medal, hope (well, actualy, I am sure )you can help me.

It doesn't say wich medal; by name. Is there any more written on that paper? The guy who recieved the "second class medal", was a driver of the Pirince Eugéne of Sweden. But my guess would be one of the medals you can see under "Règne d’Albert Ier – 1909-1934." at; http://jcth.skynetblogs.be/archive/2010/05/19/les-decorations-des-maisons-royales.html

I also had different Belgian uniforms coming right from the original owners, during a house clearance, and get to see it every time that medals are not correctly worn. I am also in favor of leaving them as found. There is a very intresting thread, on a other forum, regarding German TR uniforms that show irregularity's, on time pictures. You wouldn't believe, if the pieces showed up today, they are genuine.

Thanks. Judging by his shoulder pads, he must have been a officer.I saddly don't exactly know to who it belonged. But I seem to remember, having it in hands, ther was a little hole in one ribbon,...have to check it.
