This is a very interresting thread. I like Lippe honor cross. I have order the Lippe book. May be I will find more info about my Lippe' ribbon bar. Regards Christophe -
Show us Daniel, Show us. I know it is very rare. But I like it I have read in the Klietmann's book that only 53 knight cross with lions and swords were awarded during the WW1 Do you the how many of them have been awarded before 1914. I haven't got the data in my files. Thanks. Christophe

Very nice group This officer may have received the first Austrian medal when he was an NCO and the second one when he was officer (?sterreich Milit?r Verdienst Kreuz mit Kriegsdekoration). Can you make a close up of the wreath please ? Regards Christophe
