    1. Hello Paul My scanner can scan photo slides, but first I have to learn how to use this function. It might take a while. All the best Snoopy
    2. Oooooops! Now I see that the medals, should have been posted in the medal's section. Snoopy
    3. Hello Thank you very much. All the best Snoopy
    4. A small part, from the same aircraft.
    5. Hello I was not shure, if I should post this one at all, but here it is. It's the remains of a M-35 luftwaffe helmet. It's not a ground dug helmet. I found it lying on the ground, among the wreckage of a Junker Ju 188, that crashed towards the end of the war, not far from where I live. I think that it is kind of a sobering reminder, of the war. I allways get a bit sad, when I visit places like these crash sites, where young lives was lost. All the best Snoopy
    6. Hello Yesterday, a friend gave me these medals, and the book, as a present. I would be happy, if anyone could translate the title on the cover of the book, for me. All the best Snoopy
    7. This is a close up, of a group photo, from my collection. They are a really happy looking bunch. The photo is dated 1939. All of the soldiers, are wearing open claw belt buckles. Are the belts civillian? One should think, that in 1939, there should be a ready supply, of enlisted lw belts. Have anyone seen this before? Snoopy
    8. Hi Paul This is a large photo, from my favourite photo album. The album are from Flak regiment 19. I photographed the entire album page, with my camera. I am sorry, that it became a bit blurry. The photo shows a vereidigungs ceremony, in 1937. Snoopy
    9. This is my only cup. It does not have a pouring spout. It's marked only with the manufacturer "Basse & Fischer, L?denscheid". I found it at a flea market in Norway. Snoopy
    10. This is my flag. It's well used, with original repairs. When I got it, it still smelled of diesel oil. Snoopy
    11. Hello Why can't I ever find something like that, in a paper container. I must congratulate you, that's a wonderful album. All the best Snoopy
    12. Hello Dante That's a fantastic grouping, for a Kuban cossack. I believe that the shoalder boards, are for an oberleutnant. In photo's I have seen that the red shield, was worn beneath the cossack shield. It is believed that the number of white stripes, could denote wich battalion the wearer belonged to. All the best Snoopy
    13. Yes, it's a cossack. It looks like a field made version, of the Don cossack armshield. All the best Snoopy
