    2. Hi Naxos, ... you know when they was added? I don't think this are bavarian shoulderboards!? Maybe for a prussain Militär-Beamter (prussian Beamte had blue Durchzüge)! The star is also for a Beamter, only the Wappen is missing! So the tunic is maybe also for a Militär-Beamter!??????? I'm not sure, just an idea! Best regards, Jens
    3. Hi Speedy, Artillery with the spike on the helmet must be bavarian-artllerie before 1916. I think that's a maneuver-picture around 1910 (+/- 5 years). Best regards, Jens

    7. Hi Terry, sure, it's out from a small book (44 pages): "Deutsche Truppenstempel bis 1918 und Abkürzungen der Truppenteile" 2006. But there must be another new and very good book about stamps: "Handbuch deutscher Waffenstempel" (440 pages): Handbuch Deutscher Waffenstempel: auf Militär- und Diensthandwaffen 1871-2000: Amazon.de: Joachim Görtz, Albrecht Wacker: Bücher Best regards, Jens

    9. Hi Terry, ... I'm not really an expert on this, but I think the stamps for tunics and weapons are different. In a tunic the stamp could be the year, but on a bayonet there is also an "Abnahmestempel" on the blade. So I think the last number (for bayonets) is the weapon-number. Best regards, Jens
