    8. David, Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately no maker marks on the ring. However, to my untrained eye the "1939" looks different to the only other one I have an unmarked Wachtler and Lange. Joel

    10. Gentlemen, I just picked up this EK2 yesterday and it has the appearence of being field worn. I love the soiled ribbon and and overall look of the medal. I only own one other 1939 EK2 and was wondering if there are any telltale features to look for in determining the manufacturer of this one.     13. Gentlemen, Just attended a Militaria show near me and couldn't resist this little beauty. Beautiful Patina and the ribbon is a stiff as a board with an original safety pin. Oh if this medal could talk. Thank you for your interest. Cheers, Joel
